Review a written quote before committing to an order. It should identify product specifications, quantities, unit prices, applicable taxes, freight, payment stages, production or dispatch timing and any validity period. An advertised retail offer does not automatically establish wholesale pricing.
If a sample, finish, packaging design or custom specification is required, obtain written agreement about approval, charges and production expectations. Do not assume a campaign photograph is an approved manufacturing sample.
Keep the accepted quote, invoice and delivery records. Report discrepancies with the relevant item or batch reference. Resolution and return arrangements depend on the agreed transaction terms and applicable law.
Changes to an accepted specification, quantity or delivery requirement need a revised written agreement.
