Supply accurate descriptions, materials, sizes, images, prices and stock information. Only list goods you are entitled to sell. Do not use unsupported authenticity, hallmarking or certification claims. Keep listing information and availability current and provide the information needed to fulfil accepted orders and resolve customer issues.
Jeweltos is currently configured for a 20% platform commission with no additional flat commission fee. This rate alone does not define the treatment of tax, shipping, discounts, returns or payment charges. Those calculation rules must be stated in the final seller commercial terms.
Use customer information provided for an order only for legitimate fulfilment and related support. Protect it from unauthorized access. Cooperate with complaints and preserve the records needed to explain an order or proposed adjustment.
